i opened some time ago a blog about italian cooking.
i’ve been very busy and didn’t update it for a while but now i’m on the road again and very interested in suggestion mainly about 2 things:
if my english is enough correct to let people understand Recipes and what kind of Italian Recipes foreigners would like to see on it.

Claudia, I like your Blog. There are only a few words off, but it is easy to understand, & nice pictures. I love Italian food, so any recipes you are good at, you could share. Dishes I like – anything pasta, braciole, eggplant rollatini, cassatta, semifreddo etc. Whenever I can, I watch Giada (De Laurentiis) & Mario Batali. Have fun with it. Looks great so far.
