What are some good Appetizers for an Oriental themed cocktail party?

I am planning to serve a few kinds of Sushi rolls (California, spicy tuna, Philidelphia) but am open to new Recipes, veggie & shrimp tempura, fresh spring rolls (if I can get the rolling part down!), Asian snack mixes and/or spiced nuts & wasabi peas, and a crudite platter. I would like a couple more ideas to play with as this seems too simple, plus, I need a back-up plan in case the sushi and spring rolls are a disaster! I also need something sweet as well. Also, seafood is the only meat I prepare and eat. Please help! The party is Saturday!
Thanks for your answers! I need to specify that I need meatless recipes, unless it’s sea food.

Of the Japanese variety, a nice appetizer for sushi is dumplings with cream cheese and chives. A good snack before dinner while people are mingling is eddame (you can either get it out of the pod and frozen from a Grocery store or you can cook them yourself in salted boiling water). Tempura is also very simple to prepare, and you can use a variety of different foods such as sweet potatoes, peppers or shrimp. (Note: To make a good tempura you can get panko bread crumbs to the premade batter mixes available at oriental grocery stores– the bread crumbs help keep it light and crispy). A different idea that is Thai based is fried rice with pineapple. Chinese ideas would include foods that you might find at a dim sum, like crispy rice rolls, Chinese broccoli and oyster sauce (just steam and add sauce), shrimp dumpling (great backup option, you can get premade ones and just boil them in water; these go great with a dumping sauce with ginger grated in), seasame balls, etc.
