Japanese Fried Rice!?

ok i have tried all the Recipes on line for fried rice, Japanese fried rice and it does not turn out the same…i watch the Chefs prepare the food at the habachi table but they won’t tell you what they are putting in the rice..could anyone know the secret and at all possible recipe..i know it has eggs, soy sauce, butter not for sure what the seasonings are and at last they put like 2 dollops from a block of butter looking thing..If you have a secret recipe i would really!! appreciate it..Thank You
